The physical origin of your Hay fever can be many places in your body, not necessarily in your head. Several examples below indicate which areas of your body are involved in bringing forward your Hay fever.
Use these tips two to three times a day to prevent and clear symptoms of Hay fever.
1. Itchy or Dry Eyes. For these symptoms it is best to treat your eyes and Liver, the factory of your body.
Massage for two minutes the area over the body on the right side where the liver is situated under the ribcage.
Massage for a minute the area on the top of each foot 2cm up from where the big toe and second join.
With your fists massage from the centre of the inner eyebrows to the side of the head then from the centre of the face across the top of the cheek bones.
Next place pads of thumbs at the top of the eye sockets each side of the bridge of the nose.
2. Easy Head Massage. These gently techniques will activate movement of fluid and blood throughout your head and encourage a healthy flow of energy rather than it being stagnant.
Start from front hairline and run your fingers through your hair or over to the base of your head. Repeat 10 times.
Use the pads of all your fingers to tap firmly all over your head for 30-60 seconds.
Slightly cup your palms and pat all over your head for up to 1 minute.
3. Massage the Soles of Your Feet. This may seem odd since the problem appears in the head. This technique is similar to massaging the top of the head. It is aimed to improve the flow of energy and fluids in the area by bringing into balance the flow of energy on the upper and lower half of your body. By using the soles of the feet, the overheated energy will be drawn down and out of the body
Choose which foot to start on. Use the palm of your hand to rub firmly from the heel, up the sole of the foot and off the top of the toes. Repeat both sides up to 100times each. This particular technique is also good for removing inflammation from the body.
