If you have chronic pain or strong attacks of pain anywhere in your physical body you have probably tried many ways to be rid of it. Over many years I have found through clients, students, and myself, that by using a specific target with specific language, healing break-throughs happen.
My guided meditation below is aimed to link with the energy of the pain and then remove it from the physical body.
As with most meditations, settle comfortably where you won’t be disturbed and breathe softly, slowly, and deeply.
Each line is to be repeated three times, or more if wanted, before moving to the next one. It can be helpful to repeat the meditation out aloud.
Being My Body Free of Pain
Being my body, being my body, being my body
Being the pain in my body, being the pain in my body
Being the pain in my body moving freely to my solar plexus
Being the pain in my solar plexus,
Being the pain in my solar plexus, flowing freely down my body, down my legs, into the earth
Being my body dissolving the roots of the pain in my body with white light
Being my body filled with white light, diaphanous white light.
If the pain returns it is helpful to do the Being My Body Free of Pain and follow it with the short version of Being My Bone Marrow. This is recommended as the bone marrow is the source of cell regeneration (stem cells).
Being My Bone Marrow
Being my heart in my body, being my heart in my body, being my heart in my body
Being my heart in my body filling with my love for… (individual choice of the Source/person/animal/place)
Continue to fill your heart as long as you can.
Open the door in the front of your heart and let the love transfer to your choice above.
Again repeat ‘Being my heart filling with love’ until your heart feels full again.
Open the door at the back of your heart and let all your love flow into your bone marrow.
Being my body flowing freely, being my body flowing freely being my body flowing freely filled with self love and with healthy strong bone marrow.
Finish the meditation by sitting quietly and enjoying the response in your body.
