Tip One. Use your Breath for Adrenal Tiredness Prevention.
This is the number one tip. Your breath is available day and night. This exercise tells your adrenals that you give them support and strength.
Step 1: Notice your next three breaths as you breathe in and out.
Step 2: Next time you breathe in raise your abdomen (navel area) slightly, and as you breathe out pull your abdomen in slightly as you tighten it.
Step 3: Repeat 10 times.
Step 4: Complete the exercise. Tell your adrenals you will give them less stress today.

Tip Two. Take an Adrenal Shower Massage.
This is an easy fun thing to do. When you do this massage any stale energy in your adrenal glands is moved out. You also get a boost of positive energy flow through your body, your endorphins lift, and you feel good.
Step 1: Rub the palms of your hands together vigorously until they
are warm or hot.
Step 2: Place the palms of your hands on your back at the waist with are warm or hot.
Step 3: Firmly rub your warmed palms up and down your back for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4: Rub your palms a few times down to the bottom of your spine to complete the Adrenal Shower Massage.
The best place to do this is in the shower. That way it becomes an easy habit and is done daily.
