1. Adrenal and Kidney Massage. Before Or After Shower. The Adrenal Glands are under the surface at the top of each kidney.

Form each hand into a loose fist with thumbs inside the fingers.
Place hands on the middle of your back at the level of your waist. Gently massage the middle (waist area) of your back (kidney acupressure points) with gentle rotations by the backs of the knuckles of the hands and up to the finger knuckles (the outside of your fists). Do 36 rotations.
At the end of the rotations, lightly thump down the base of the spine to remove more energy. If you have problems with your kidneys, then next use the palms of your hands to massage the base of the spine for 3-4 minutes.
2. Massage Thoracic Vertebrae 10 & 11. Bend forward 45 degrees and find the place in your spine that is ‘sticking out’ the most. That will be the right area. Rub palms of hands together until hot. Place palm of one hand over the raised area, then the second palm on top of that if you wish. Rub firmly up and down or in circles for one minute or more. Good to do anytime you can lean over. Use the back of the hand if easier.
3. Use Tonifying Dark Midnight Blue Colour. Can do this when standing, sitting, or lying down. Breathe softly and easily. Each time you breathe in think, imagine, or see your kidneys and adrenal glands being filled with dark midnight blue colour. As you breathe out think, imagine, or see grey rubbish being expelled out of the kidneys and adrenal glands. Do for up to 15 minutes.
